My septic drain backed up on Sunday morning of course. I called several companies and got no answer. I received a call back from Trent and he assured me he'd be there. He was able to quickly confirm the issue and resolve the clog. He even used very high quality camera to show me the problem "roots grew through cast iron pipe" and basically show me every option I had. His eagerness to help and educate was a step beyond other companies. Before the chiefs game kicked off I was in good shape with an estimate for drain replacement.
